Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. All orders are processed and shipped out within less than 24 hours, unless it is a personalised piece that requires an additional 20-25 working days to be handmade.

SHIPPING TIME

Packages will be shipped using our standard shipping service, which is Royal Mail 2nd Class (Tracked 1 Day delivery can be chosen at checkout). Royal Mail aims to deliver all UK & Europe orders between 4-8 working days. For orders outside Europe please allow 10 - 12 working days. Please note our personalised pieces may take up to an additional 20-25 days to be handmade.

Within the UK no extra customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees will be applied upon delivery. You only pay for the items, and we handle the rest.

For International orders, any applicable fees may be applied upon delivery. This is dependent on the country of residence which we have no control over. We deliver worldwide. However, we do not ship to APO, post office box, or FPO address.
